Recently (Jan ‘25) Kent State junior studio students were asked to design a collection based off of the Dali x Scabal illustrations. Out of the prompts we were given I chose to look towards the future. In this scenario Dali and I would be looking at the next 50 years. I tried to take on Dali’s child-like sense of wonder while also using his humor that almost mocks the future
